CeCile House is a non-profit humanitarian organization which is dedicated to providing both quality education and sustainable community development in Leogane. Cecile House is also a chartered NGO within the Republic of Haiti. CeCile House is committed to giving the children of Leogane a “fair chance” to obtain an education.
